Horrible. I received the wrong parts and I’ve called numerous times and have left voicemails. And have received no calls back and or emails. Still waiting on my software. You guys pretty much just robbed me.

I love the kit. I think it was put together well I think if I was to say anything, there might be like a written manual that might be helpful specially to understand how to use the four different positions on the switch cause that’s not very clear but other than that, I think it’s a great kit.

The product is what I expected it to be. Received all the mechanical parts early but the electronic parts are still in transit and the instructions are with them I guess because I had to find youtube videos for instructions on the kit installation but I would have done that anyway so I am 100% satisfied with Tuner Depot on the delete kit purchase.

Paid $800 for a device that literally broke my vehicle to the point where I can’t even turn on the vehicle without the codes twice spent two months emailing back-and-forth just for the device to not work took a whole month to even figure out how to run the updater and the updater didn’t even work because as soon as I ran the updater and tried to plug it into the vehicle to run the DPF delete again it now says that the device can’t read the SD card also their support line is shit.

Support sucks, you tell them you have an issue with their product and they don't answer. Will be filing a claim for my money back so I can have the truck properly tuned now instead of the junk they sent and won't fix.

Worst customer service ever! We called ahead to make sure we were ordering the correct kit, company confirmed. We receive the kit and get halfway through the process of installing, only to discover that the pipe is not correct even though the company confirmed. Tried to contact the company by phone, and 2 emails, with no reply or a resolution. Will never purchase from this company ever again.
