Customer service is so bad, it’s basically nonexistent. Any inquires/complaints are met with preset responses that customer will be contacted within 24-48 hours and asking (in bold print) that NO MORE INQUIRIES BE SUBMITTED . 72 hours later, same exact thing. You’ll never get a refund, so file complaint early.
