It’s wasn’t right for me looking to return the product!

Just not happy with the smaller size. Ordering and delivery were okay.

The delivery was very, very slow. The cream has not worked for my nightly leg cramps. I cancelled my auto-renewal 5 days in advance but was still charged. This has been a terrible experience and a terrible product.

Can't get the packages (or the charges) to stop. Cancelling my subscription has done no good.

Aggressive marketing by not letting you get out until they trick you into hitting a wrong button and ending up with $200+ bill.

The only problem I have with the shopping experience is having to watch the ads that have nothing to do with me each time I purchase. There should be an option to not have to watch those ads because they did not apply to me and they may not apply to other people who have to sit there and watch them and it's time-consuming and frustrating when we just want to order the product.

Not happy with this company or product

Great the feeling was as if I was back in my younger days. my feet and legs feel so good that I have not felt this way for many years. So thank you total relief I'm a customer for life!!!!!

It does not work on my foot pain at all. I want a refund please

I ordered it at one price, but actual cost was about $7.00 more. Wasn't happy about it. The increase was prior to tax. But I really wanted to try the product for my post surgical nerve issues, so I paid the amount anyway. And the jar I received says Soothing Relief Formula, not Nerve Relief Formula. Felt like a bait and switch.

Very disappointed by the billing of my order I was billed for 2 lots of Total Relief cream, even though I ordered 1 lot (6 nos), but 2 lots arrived. The prices were different too, one lot was USD 119.70, which was the correct price that was ordered, but the other lot was billed for USD 198.63, which I did not order and was charged higher, which is ridiculous !! I will not honour the second lot of 6 Total Relief cream
