I placed my order on 21/2/2026 for 3 jars of Total Relief $120.04 USD On 21/3/2026 you debited my PayPal account $110.09 USD. I did not authorise this and I did not sign up for a subscription. On 24/3/2026 I emailed you, re non delivery of my first order and the second unauthorised charge on 21/3/2026 requesting an immediate refund to my PayPal account. I did not receive a response to my emails. On 30/03/2026 I again emailed you with the above details and again requested that you refund my money. Once again no reply. I emailed you again on 2/4/2026 setting out the details and again requesting a full refund. Again no reply. The first order eventually arrived on 3/3/2026… 6 jars arrived. I decided to try the product and have used a little over a jar and a half. So far it has not made any difference to my sore feet……even though your advertising says it wonderful. I disagree. The same cream, in the same container is available online, through eBay and others for vary prices of $5.00 to $10.00 Australian Dollars. I request a refund and details to send the products back to you. I would also like acknowlegement of this complaint.
