I first started your product in late January Before I Portugal for 30 days. It had not arrived by the time I had returned March 28/26.
When I addressed this matter with your company on my return, they immediately shipped the product to me within 48 hours. Very good service. Don’t know why the original shipment didn’t derive, but that’s not an issue at this point.
