Customer service did not cancel the order when I asked them to. So I was charged double what I should have paid. I will never deal with you people again.

I would not recommend this company. I was charged more than expected for a product and signed up to a subscription she did not clearly agree to. When we tried to cancel the subscription, the company made it extremely difficult and has since ignored multiple emails requesting cancellation and a resolution. This lack of transparency around pricing and the inability to contact customer service is very concerning. Customers should be able to cancel subscriptions easily and receive refund!

My shopping experience was a nightmare. One order didn't arrive at all so I had to lodge a dispute but had to wait 30 days in case it did arrive. The second dispute was because they had scheduled an unauthorized charge. This company sounds good on the surface, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

First of all you over charged because the ad was misleading because it stated to buy three get three and you CHARGED me $235.97. Secondly, again ads are misleading because it DOESN'T RELIEVE THE PAIN like you said. I've tried other products that work MUCH BETTER. So I am returning your product and you can REFUND MY MONEY. I have already contacted my bank. It's really ashamed that people like you try to take advantage of SENIORS like ME. Thank you

I ordered what was supposed to be a 6-month supply, which will in no way last that long. I have been using it for 2 weeks with no noticable results and was just charged another $200 for another order. I had no idea that I was signing up for a subscription and was not notified before being charged. I am now getting VERY frustrated trying to cancel this order before it is sent and cancel the subscription. I am still searching for how to do this - 30 minutes of searching so far. NOT HAPPY!!
