They only offered me a 20% refundand I can keep the product without returning it. I had no choice but to accept, because YOU have to PAY yourself the return shipping costs. I'm in Canada, with the USD to CAD exchange rate being ridiculously high at the moment it would cost me ridiculous price to send it back. I thought I finally found something to help with the extreme pain I've endured for 20 years now. Unfortunately it does not help me at all. Extremely disappointed 😞
