Product was as ordered, spent more money for a free gift but and thought it was just a cheap pouch. Turns out the pouch was included, but they forgot to include the free ring for spending a certain amount. Also, delivery needs to be better. No delivery update/status for 3 whole weeks and then an email saying out for delivery. Still arrived, just the whole process could be better. It’s also be nice if the website can change as per region. Seeing the price then not knowing the total convert to AUD until payment is a bit of a pain. Love the products though, but dislike the service. I’ve contacted complaining about the issues above, and they still have not contacted back. Would be 5 stars but they forgot the ring and did not provide sufficient delivery/status updates which makes it 3. But their inability to get back to customers makes this 2/5.

It took longer than the website made it seem for my items to arrive, and they ended up being late for a gift for my 13-year-old niece's birthday party. The ring I purchased is not as sturdy as I would hope as the band is very thin. I know this is to help make it adjustable, but it is so thin that it adjusts itself while on your finger and easily falls off. The items are as pretty as they look on the website but definitely small.
