Shipping was fine and products are great. My biggest complaint is that when I ordered the only receipt I received was from Paypal and I never got an order number from the company. They send an email telling you to reply if you have any questions about the order and I got ghosted when I asked for a confirmation number. Luckily my stuff still showed up fairly quickly and easily but it was unsettling not to have a number just in case things went wrong.

I spent $300 in jewelry and a lot of the rings were bent. The Jewels were missing out of the rings. The chains and charms are so much smaller than the pictures. The claps are plastic won't open and close or even work and the shipping took forever. Even with a sale of $14 per item the quality is just not there for that price.
