Bought the nightstands online but when we came into store a few times looking for the Charm bed frame the sales associate was so nice in letting us know it’s no longer available and even gave us alternative options.

The staff were great, very social and helpful. Again I feel a little mislead about the “feather blend” stuffing because it’s such a little amount of feathers, there might as well not be any at all. The staff at the Honolulu store however were very kind and accommodating. I would be willing to shop with Valyou again (for a different product) because of my experience at the store

Purchase went find Demi at Kapolei was great very nice and professional. She provided explained everything I needed to know. The communication and timeframe for furniture delivery did not match that same effort but I remained patient and delivery finally got scheduled and delivery/set up was excellent

Should have just ordered online. No help with shipping updates-needed to reach out myself to someone else just to see when my furniture would be coming.

It was okay. A little issue on the pick up of my old couch but it was sorted out.

Well, there was a little issue damaging the pick up of my old couch as the lady forgot to include it on the order. It was sorted out and fixed.

Love the table, but disappointed in the service and the misleading claims. We also bought a bench with the table and were told we were not allowed to pick the bench because it was wrapped however if we did not like the wood grain design, we could exchange for another. We reached out because we were dissatisfied, but was met with claims that we could not exchange because it was opened when it was delivered and the packaging was gone.

The sales experience in the showroom was pleasant but since the purchase we have had many issues. I doubt I would purchase there again and would be reluctant to recommend to friends.

The staff was amazing and helpful. I had a really enjoyable experience. I flew from the Big Island to Oahu to try out the couch. I was pleased and have told others about how great everything has been.

Steven at the Ka Makana Ali’i location was very helpful and super knowledgeable about the products. He helped us break down the costs and even helped us compare prices of other couches and was super in depth with details. I would highly recommend shopping at Valyou Hawaii!
