Shipping times didn't match and took twice as long to receive item. Stain repellent which was an extra charge didn't really repel any stains. Overall the couch is beautiful and comfy but would've shopped elsewhere if I knew the shipping would take 3 weeks or so in addition to the lack of stain resistant.
