The day my couch got delivered the delivery guys wouldn’t unbox them, the sales person told me she would have them delivered and unboxed as a bonus. I called the store and the guy I spoke with was very rude and said for a $100 he will have them unbox them. I got really upset with him and he told me to come down in person, he wasn’t scared of me
