Bought chair on next day delivery it didnt arrive for four days and delivery driver refused to help lift into house. Not good enough for such a great product.

The man I spoke to was gracious not to think I was being silly with my questions. He didnt push the sale of the chair on me but let me decide with my family. Explained about the 14 day trail. Very happy

Straightforward ordering process with credit options as well for affordability, chair came within 48hrs by DHL and easy to set up and charge batteries.

I ordered the black wheelchair and there was a pre order wait of over a month for that colour. It arrived 4 days later. Brill service.

All very gd just a wee bit annoying having to call to get a VAT payment option when a business be handy if the order form could just add VAT with a box tick option 🤔 other than that all went well and delivery was v fast 👍🏻

Excellent advice and helpfulness from Jethro in the Glasgow showroom. Also very supportive and efficient communication with the office and follow up emails. Thank you for making it all so straight forward.

Luckily I live in Brum so it was easy to get to the showroom. Asim was great, showing me a couple of models which fitted my criteria. I had a few queries after I'd got the chair, and my email was answered promptly.

Very easy to shop and they answered all questions. Paid one day arrived next day. Did ask for an invoice but have been met by silence, so far.
