Good at taking and processing order. Not good on returns

The wheelchair we had was very nice and my mom like it but it was very heavy and I can’t put it in taxis of push it when was of electric mode so we had to tack it back but they was very lovely about it an very understanding and very helpful an we did get another wheelchair for them it must better Thank you very much

On my two times of being there, I was delighted with the service & knowledge that the two men had. Will use it again.

Good website and videos. Also very helpful on the phone enquiry - lots of details about the use case were ascertained to make sure the product would be suitable. Followed up with email information. Arrived on time, well packaged and as expected.

Service is truly excellent but some of the manuals and videos lack crucial information for first-time setup. You can get it from customer service or sometimes another video but it might be better to mention them in the main video/manual. E.g. for first installation of leg extensions, and existence of (hidden) on/off power button on the car boot hoist. Once this type of issue was solved, everything works really well.

Fabulous walker and easy to manover

You kept asking my to respond to an email about an issue I had twice and I replied twice. You then asked my the same question for a third time.

It was pretty good up to the point the order arrived missing the ordered £90 headrest. And then really disappointing no response to repeated emails asking for help on how to assemble headrest.

I couldn’t fault the service, the young gentleman I saw is a credit to your company. From thoroughly showing us the chair, discussing batteries, folding the chair he was excellent. Very patient when I tried it outside, I need lots of practice. I can’t wait to use it.

Very helpful when I needed to talk to them, the website was clear and easy to order from. Only complaint was that I had to pay an extra £19.99 for delivery because it was promised by a certain date but then when the delivery may have been due I was told they couldn’t guarantee unless I paid for the extra delivery cost. This was slightly disappointing and spoiled the overall experience slightly. Overall however a great company and I would definitely recommend them again.

Because we had issues with the weight I had to return it. Everyone I spoke to in customer services were very polite, informative and helpful. Etech certainly should be very proud of their staff.
