Etech told me my wheelchair would be delayed, then kept me informed of a further delay, so great communication.

Bought a chair for my wife on line. Made one phone call to etech mobility UK for clarification. Etech answered the phone promptly and answered all my questions. Once I purchased a chair on line I received confirmation promptly along with plenty of information and links. Back up support Tel number was available. Delivery of the chair was prompt and on time and the experience was great. Keep up the good work.

Brilliant customer service and the website is super accessible. I would absolutely love to see more accessories such as a cup and phone holder as I would love to go on different accessible journeys but would need to use my phone to help with navigation like a satnav.

Really happy when searching for my wheelchair, contacted customer service to ensure i was making right choice, & was given invaluable advice.

My overall experience with Etech Mobility UK was very disappointing. After purchase, I faced serious safety issues and had to repeatedly provide evidence to be taken seriously. As a disabled person, I was asked to do things I physically couldn’t, which was upsetting. The return process was also stressful and unrealistic. I felt unsupported, dismissed, and let down throughout.

The electric wheelchair arrived the next day. Well packaged and good condition. A friendly driver left it in my safe place. Was ready to use.

Website quite easy to navigate. Loads of info on all the chairs and aids. I feel like they will be there for me if I needed help with my chair, etc!
