The staff are exceptionally helpful. Telephone always answered promptly. Still getting used to sensitivity of control of wheelchair. Will post further review once have tried chair on different terrains.

You sent me the wrong charger. Then you told me I have to waste whole day waiting for mailman to come and pick it up and that's the ONLY way to return it. Then without any explanation you sent me link to postoffice postal service... I wouldn't write any review but you kept sending me these emails: REMINDER, How did we do?, REMINDER, REMINDER. So there you go, have my 2 stars. Your service was bad and obnoxious.

Shopping experience is fab and my sons chair is great , as stated previously I'm not too impressed with the ramp , however it won't be used on a daily basis It will be used on days out where his chair will give him independence....If 2 people are to lift the chair into the boot it's easier than the ramp however if I'm on my own then I will have no choice but to use the ramp as its impossible for me to lift the chair by myself.

The web site was very easy and and gave all the information on it
