Ordering was easy. I was somewhat confused, though, that the item was not shipped from Cosari, nor was there a logo on the mailer or boxes that the item came in. No manufacturing info on the shaver itself or instructions - everything was very generic and plain. That I do not like.

Initially unclear that good tracking info was available only after the shipment was at a nearby distribution point. Received initial shipping confirmation in good time, but then no update for a week. However, I did get a quick response to my email about this.

It’s awful. It’s incredibly uncomfortable. It’s too uncomfortable to wear.

The company shows they shipped the product (Order #Cosari17322), but their tracking tools shows it stuck 3 hours up the road in Grapevine, Texas, for well over a month! I tried their chat tool and their email, but got no reponse at all from chat and a canned response from email telling me to sit tight, it was probably just a short-term weather delay. For over a month. Got another email asking me to rate their email response, and I reiterated my concerns. Crickets. Bye-bye $129.

the shipper has had the headset for a month and when i asked for a refund was told no because item had shipped but ive had no evidence of this other then a tracking number that says it hasnt been picked up

Took to long to arrive

Shopping on the website was fine, no issues there. But it arrived in an average time based on the time frame for shipping that was indicated on purchase.

I am always a little skeptical when ordering online because so many people are getting scammed. However, this was a great find and the ease of their website was good. I received the product I believe in about 5-7 days.

Never will shop here again.
