After ordering &payment for mask,I waited & waited for a confirmation email & postage info,got neither I had to contact their email site to make sure everything was as it should be & my almost$500 had not gone astray.I was stressed.I did receive a prompt & pleasant reply from Chris Cosari explaining international postage procedures,didn’t remember reading it was being sent “internationally “before I purchased,sure I read 5-7days delivery.My point is please treat your customers with more respect.
