From order to delivery was almost three months, with an unexplained delivery issue and delays in production of the article. Communication was good up to the point of despatch but no explanation given for the almost one month subsequent delay in delivery. We have used Off the Grain before and been pleased, so this experience is all the more disappointing.

My overall experience with the company was somewhat mixed. Communication around the delivery could have been better, as the table was delayed and the actual delivery was quite stressful. That said, the quality of the table itself has left me very happy with my purchase.
