Didn’t like the comfort of the shoe so I ordered another pair sandals to replace it. These sandals are not comfortable either so now I am out this money. Too much trouble to return….I will not be ordering from this company again!

Not sure. Better hype for product than product was.

The sandals fit and are comfortable. They are great for wearing in the house.

No communication. Took forever to get here.. the shoe that I just mentioned was wrong color. And too narrow. No one cared that I needed to return. Didn’t hear how to return. I buy a lot of running shoes. I probably will not use this company again. Too bad wanted to support Canadian company

The website implies the products are Canadian but they are made in china and took over 3 weeks to arrive.

I was expecting a Canadian experience and maker, and shipping, but they came from the UK, so took much longer to arrive than expected and had to go through customs.

The shoes were so small I could not get them on

Your ad leads us to believe you are located in Banff Alberta but come to find that is untrue. Ordered one pair received 2 pairs and charged for two. Second pair the opening was so small I couldn’t even get my foot in. I later read the reviews and found a list of many displeased people just wish I had read them before I ordered from you..completely disappointed

Easy checkout and shoes arrived on time

Again, see the comments about what I was told re fit. Product not as described in that respect. Otherwise it looked okay and might be fine for others. The company was responsive and delivery didn’t take TOO long, if I recall correctly.

Love shopping Canadian and came right to are door and fast with in 3 weeks!

Awful. Slow and I'm being ripped off. I paid for 2 pairs. Received 1. They didn't fit. I asked for a refund and have received 1 email and that's it. Still waiting. Trying to support a Canadian company. I guess your just like those corporate thieves. Very disappointed.
