I placed an order through your online store, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The item took over three months to arrive, and there was no tracking available during that time. When I contacted customer service for updates, I was repeatedly given unclear or conflicting information, which left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about whether my order would arrive. I hope improvements can be made to order tracking and communication moving forward.

I purchased a pair of the TrailBlaze Lite™ Non-Slip (Unisex) style shoes. The shoes feel bulky which is likely because they are unisex sizes. The shoes are stiff. The shoes are uncomfortable. The shoes have an uncomfortably long tongue which chafes. The shoes weren't made in Canada. They arrived from China. The shoes have no information on them, except for a size tag. It's weird. The shoes do not have a brand. There was no reference anywhere that canadian-adventure has any ties to the shoes.

Garbage quality. Garbage service. Lies, lies and more lies. Thieves refuse to return customers' money. Disgusting. They should be out of business and in jail!

I ordered my first pair in a size 8 in women's and they were two sizes too big. It was no hassle to get another pair sent to me. Customer service was top-notch.

The shoes take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive but the return policy is not bad I still don’t have shoes that fit. And I did order a size up but they still don’t fit

I had a question that was quickly and personably answered. The order took a little longer to get here than expected but I hadn’t known they were coming from the UK as opposed to Banff Canada. Not a big deal
