Including the question about pre-drilling the holes as part of the ordering process would make it easier as I didn't bother to read my confirmation email in time to ask for this service (this is reason for dropped star although if I had the option I wouldn't drop a whole star for this). Otherwise amazing online service and very clear instructions. Also when I phoned about a custom order, the response was polite, prompt and efficicent. I would definitely recommend The Timber Line.
