Product took ages to arrive, they claim they sent another set, but I don't think they actually sent my original.

Shipping isn't great, both times boxes were sqashed, very long delay second time but company did communicate with me. Product is great, highly recommend

First off, I love this product. Having said that I placed an order for two tubes and received the incorrect product. First I was told it was the correct product, they had just rebranded. I sent a picture and they agreed it was not what I had ordered. That was 4 months ago and many emails and I am still waiting on them to ship me what I paid for. Though they have offered to refund my money I am hopeful they will be able to ship me the correct product.

Once I only received part of my purchase but your sales departement was prompt to reply. The problem was solved easily.
