I have asked about a return, and they were quick to respond at first, but I haven't heard anything after I asked for either an exchange or a refund. I will gladly send my order back as I am not as thrilled with the newer formula (or if i just received a weird batch).

It never worked, I really would like a refund!

I received an email asking what I think of your latest formula. By the time I tried it 3 days in a row the email said the Survey wasn't available anymore. SO:: My tubes say Manufactured 2026/01/13. Lot# 2026011301. It's horrible. So runny and goes on dark but as it dries it's laying in little dried up patches. It's HORRBLE. I can't find my old orders but I have bought from you many times. I love the old Formula in Light. Please advise how I can get the OLD Formula because I won't be buying fr
