Product was great. But it arrived thawed out. Bit more care on packing would help all ice packs were just put on top if a couple had been put on the bottom with product in the middle may have kept product frozen. Product sat in courier’s depot along time for a frozen product. Poor courier service.

I called and told staff I’m ordering today -Thursday, but will collect on Sunday as I’m flying up from Tauranga Saturday night. I got a message the next day advising my order is ready? So again I called to advise my travel plans to which person on the phone said the order had been put aside. When I received the order the kinas were very brown in colour, which would mean they are very old and have been frozen any way. Not happy at all.
