I ordered these prawns and whitebait on the 23rd October '25, they weren't dispatched until the 28th October and did arrive until 31st October, as you can imagine they were fit for consumption. I have yet to receive my refund as the company is giving me the runaround, even though I have it in an email that they say they will refund.

Hmm - the first outburst of discussion doesn't end up here. The product is good but the delivery time is P-poor. Wanted the whitebait for a family do on labour day but it arrived fully thawed. Had no option but to cook and eat or throw it out. Not very happy.
