the communication and shipping process could really be improved. Nothing would Move forward until I would email and ask why. This added DAYS to the process unnecessarily and then the items arrived too late to give as a Mothers Day Gift- even though it said ‘Guaranteed Mothers Day Delivery’ when I ordered. Some accurate expectations of how long the approval of the design would take would have been nice up front before ordering.
