I thought I was going to get a proof for approval prior to shipping. The order of the names did not even remotely follow how I listed them. Multiple use of the same colored flowers next to eachother, and even using the same type next to eachother when it clearly states there are two different flowers per month. Very dissapointed, ESPECIALLY for the high price.

Customer service is terrible. Portrait showed up with the wrong names on it. No reply through any of their contact information, which was impossible to find because the help center on the website doesn’t work. No email reply, no Facebook messenger reply, and the phone number isn’t accepting calls. Ruined Mother’s Day for my wife. Would not recommend to anyone.
