Had some issues with the new bike which they resolved. These new bike technologies can be very finicky, so some level of possible issues are expected.
They seem to deal with a lot of bikes, are very knowledgeable and have a lot of parts on hand for maintenance.
My only issue is their location, wish they were in the city. But location probably works for a lot of other folks and is on the way to 9w.
