Great experience. Found the bike I wanted at the best deal here online and used chat feature which let me talk to a real person. Ordered that day and had bike delivered less than a week later. I wouldn’t have gotten bike that fast buying from a local bike shop. I’m in Ga and this shop is in NJ. Very pleased with bike, service, price and purchasing process.

Transaction went great! The bike is awesome; what a machine! Great climbing and amazing in head winds. Levels the playing field when riding with stronger riders. Glad I made the purchase!

Strictly Bikes had the best price in the internet, and the SystemBar fit perfectly on my Cannondale SuperSix Evo High Mod. I’m on the west coast, and everything was intact and as described. Shipping was a little slow, but I guess there was a blizzard, so I’ll cut them some slack 😉

One of the Best bike shop in the tri-state area. If you're looking for a gravel bike, ask for the GT8 - insane value for what you get. Will definitely be back.If you’re shopping gravel, go check them out. 5 stars all day. Absolutely great experience buying my X-LAB GT8 at Strictly’s Bicycle

Nelson’s advice on an appropriate frame and group proved to be excellent, spot on!
The fitter’s adjustments didn’t require any fine tuning in the least…the bike felt just right within the first few miles.
My advice: share an honest assessment of your bike skills, your aspirations, intended use and budget. You will NOT be disappointed!

Wow, exceptional wheels with great handling and lateral stiffness, yet vertically compliant. Very comfortable ride! Very light and rugged and they spin up quickly.. Of course they should be exceptional at that price! The best and most expensive wheels I have ever owned or ridden.! They also look great. Only a few rides so far but looking forward to many more.

I ordered my new Cannondale bike online and a couple of days later Strictly had it ready for me. I show up on Sunday afternoon and their employee Zair took really good care of me. He fit the bike for me, showed me how to charge the Shimano DI2, gave me a lot of tips and was very patient.
I am a happy customer.

Service was excellent and build was solid. Amazing bike and the shop stands behind the product.
52/36t with a power meter was a good choice. 34t maximum cog size in the rear is decent but wish they had a 36t cassette stock.
Zaire at SB took the time to do a good fit and a second time for a minor tweaking.
The X-Lab RS7 is like the greatest thing since sliced bread. Extreme value here—no bike company is selling a bike like this for the price. And it is a high quality buke made by the OEM for N...

Strictly Bicycles built my dream bike—a Cervélo S5 “Impressions of Paris” Limited Edition with SRAM RED and ENVE 4.5 wheels—and it completely exceeded my expectations. The ride is incredibly fast, smooth, and responsive, and the build quality is top-tier.
Special thanks to Xavier and the team for their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

First time at Strictly. We came down from Connecticut to pick up my son's new Cervelo Soloist. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The owner and staff were great. The bike-fit was spot on. The bike and gear selection is impressive. It was a beautiful Saturday and the store and food truck/patio area were filled with riders. We hung out, shopped, got lunch and made a day of it. We will definitely be back, not just for the bikes and gear, but to ride 9W.

The bike has lived up to the advertisement that I saw on Facebook. The frame size is smaller and easier to control. I had never made use of the power meter. It comes with the bike and it is a new tool for me to use. The bottom bracket is loud enough to warn pedestrians and cyclists I am behind them, when coasting to a stop. I have gotten positive feedback from fellow cyclists, who rarely speak to me. Great bike. All I need now is a cycling jersey bearing the name X-lab .

If you ever want to buy the latest and greatest that Pinarello has to offer - make a call to Strictly Bicycles! I found the super hard to get - Fast Talon Most Bars to replace my Talon Most Bars on my Dogma.
What I loved the most about the purchase, a team member called and gave me all the details about when the bars would ship and what date they would be expected.

Nelson and the Strictly team brought my dream bike to life. After admiring my wife’s Pinerello X for the last year, I decided I had to have one too. Nelson tracked down one of the last available frames in my size and made some subtle tweaks to “bling” my new bike out so it is a little different than my wife’s. It is a work of art. Thank you Nelson for your sincere enthusiasm and your endless joy in pursuing customer satisfaction. It explains why Strictly is a destination-not simply a bike shop.
