Great shop, great staff and great bike. Staff was super knowledgeable and worked with me on different bike selection and education (for someone now as familiar with new tech). The bike is fantastic. Love the Addict 40. Super light weight, comfortable, fast, great components. Couldn't be happier.

We always find Strictly Bicycles to be a most friendly and professional bike shop to purchase, high end bikes, parts and get service. Owners Nelson and his wife Joanna, alway take good care of us being sure we leave their shop happy and with our bikes in top shape!!!

I"m 57 and it's been 16 years since I bought a bike. I needed something more comfortable and the Scott Addict 40 has been great. The fitting was good, service has been good.

The Strictly Bicycles team has been nothing but great. They fully understood what I was looking for and helped me find the right bike. After the purchase, they were extremely professional in setting it up and getting it ready to hit the road. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Grazie mille!

Our experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left with the bike was truly exceptional. It was such an honor to bring my oldest grandson in for his very first bike as he had just learned to ride without training wheels, and your team made the entire experience unforgettable. The staff was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to let him choose the exact bike he wanted—( red and shiny of coatse ) and even though it wasn’t already assembled, you built it in your basement wo...

Excellent upgrade. Zaire and Jose were right; the Roval carbon handlebars took away the road vibrations and removed a lot of the fatigue I experienced on long rides —a game changer.

Upgraded from an aluminum bike to the X-LAB RS7 Di2, and the value for money is unbeatable. It even came with great extras like a portable pump, computer mount, bottle cage, and a tool set. I pre-ordered through the Strictly Bicycle website and picked it up in-store. The team at Strictly was extremely friendly, had the bike fully assembled, and quickly dialed in my fit before sending me on my way. Extremely pleased with the purchase.

The minor wait for delivery has proven so worthwhile. This is the first bike I have ridden with electronic shifter and I can’t believe how slick they make changing. The ride is quite different from my canyon but very comfortable and the efficiency due to the minimal weight is incredible. My only minor complaint was lack of any instructions so locating the charging cables for the shifters and power meter meant some research.

Making the decision to buy a new bike can be quite significant, and I am truly grateful to have discovered Strictly Bikes to assist me in this process. After 10 years since my last bike purchase, I must admit I felt a bit apprehensive being over 650 miles away from the shop. However, the chat and email support I received were outstanding. The entire experience went remarkably well, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!

I live on the upper west side of Manhattan. My usual nike repair shop is the Trek store on 72nd street. It usually takes anywhere from one to five days for a repair and tends to be rather costly. As I was biking up 9W from the city by front brake was squeaking. I stopped at Strictly. I was greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff. They took my bike right in, repaired the front brake in about 10 minutes, oiled the chain and handed it back to me. The total cost was about $35. I was stunned a...

For many years Strictly Bicycles has made excellent recommendations for my family on which bikes are best for each of us--a varied group of enthusiastss…. Once again, Nelson was spot on with the V5Rs, and appreciate his and his team's insights, expertise, and ability to get bikes when others can’t. Strictly has help encourage me to keep healthy, active and meeting others who share our common passion. Totally appreciate them

The Elixir of Olympus — Gatorade Cool Blue Saved My Soul I write this not as a man, but as a reborn creature of hydration — a phoenix risen from the sun-scorched ashes of dehydration. Let me tell you the tale. It was the 87th mile of a 100-mile ride, and my body had become a hollow husk — a whisper of its former self. The sun, that cruel tyrant in the sky, had roasted the moisture from my very bones. My lips were cracked. My vision blurred. I was beginning to forget the taste of water, the fee...

Amazing bike. Size 51 built up with DA Di2 and Enve 3.4. Perfect geometry for me…I’ve had lots of bikes and this is a unique blend of confidence inspiring stability and nimble steering. Being ridden in the LA mountains. No regrets. (Have ridden BMC Teammachine SLR for high is also good and Dogma F…Supersix is the best of the three imo)

Got a great deal at Strictly and the sales service was great. After ride 1 noticed that the front disc caliper wasn't tightened down and that the Garmin accessory unit on the bars was lose. Kinda basic issues that should have been caught but nonetheless, I'm quite happy.

I'm really loving the Synapse, and the work Strictly Bicycles did to package it and send it to me was awesome! I am very happy with my purchase! Just did 96 miles this past weekend, and besides having to tweak the seat to fit it to my body, everything is in tip top shape!

Fast Lane is a great bike. Light and smooth. The motor is quit and there’s plenty of power. I rode about 35 miles and only used about 35% of the batter.

The espresso was magnificent, better than riding a high end bicycle on rolling hills with a strong tailwind! The flavor was mind blowingly good. I dreamt about this espresso for weeks. I am writing all this because the review program requested it. But even if it hadn’t, I would write pages on just how superb this coffee was. In all seriousness though, Strictly is an excellent bike shop. Thank you Nelson!

Of course, I'd like to say that this is a great place to visit if you're writing from Mario Como bridge all the way down. Palisade to Fort Lee or Fort Lee. You were going to this beautiful bike shop with a parking lot and a little spot for Michael's to come in mingle and besides their bikes shop, they have a poaching drink area Ariel, and as you go inside, you see that they have. Practically all kinds of gears and a professional staff. I friendly easy to approach and the owner. Who's is now a ...
