The biggest and the most important issue was the communication or actually the utter and complete lack of it. It took me probably 3 years to get my hands on my KIF and I think the last two and a half years of it was without ANY communication whatsoever no matter how I tried to reach You. This made me REALLY angry. So all in all I cannot and will not recommend KIF to anyone and am not sure if I will ever use it. Waste of money unlike Outlery.
