Took sworn, but eventually received the update.

At great expense to your business you've stood by your customers and product which is not the norm...most would've ignored the backers and run away with the product as it was. Your commitment to product improvement, great communication and resolving issues is to be admired. Thank you so much!

I truly appreciate the time you've taken to fix the design errors and the experience as backers. But this color issue is quite bothersome to me.

KIF team are responsible for their products. They are very friendly and communicative.

I love Kif! I feel for them, and I'm glad they pulled through. That first round of Kickstarter was rough. As someone that's been in manufacturing, production management, design, fabrication, and installation, I can totally understand why things went the way they did. They made an incredibly innovative product, with a very ambitious design. Just the tin alone must have been such a headache to try and work out, especially if translating was involved. My compliments to the chef! Good work team!

Great product.

I only started using it regularly last year but it definitely made brushing my teeth a lot more convenient while my life involved moving a lot between places. I like how it keeps everything in one place and spares me having to dig all through my backpack to find each item. The tabs also go a surprisingly long way, only had to refill after about a week. My only quip would be that, as a naturally clumsy individual, I kept hitting my teeth with the metallic handle.

First as a backer. now as client, I recommand KIF - fast service, customer satisfaction in mind, great product!

Glad the company eventually spent the time to make significant improvements after feedback. The radio silence was not ideal, but they've 'nearly redeemed with the replacements.

There was a moment where I wondered what was happening, so more updates would have been helpful.

For a while the project was down/paused (over a year) but beside that flaw everything worked fine.
