Convenient!

The customer service was good, however the paints did not really look like the original photos and it was really disappointing.

Didn't know it would take so long to get here and was coming internationally.

Everything came as ordered. No damage. Great quality.

I purchased two canvas for my moms mother day, one for and one for me so we can do it together! I did order them April 17 and they arrived on May 14, I thought I bought it that it should have arrived for Mother’s Day but it didn’t! But when it arrived, everything was in good condition and my mom is very happy and can’t wait to paint

I haven’t started painting yet as I’m still trying to get the canvas that arrived smashed to lay flat.

Had a number of questions along the way but customer service was very patient with me and responded promptly every time!

Fairly straightforward online ordering process.

I’ve had to add in my cat’s collar myself. You only put on the embellishments on the collar, not the collar itself. You had the area where the colored collar would be, the same color as the cat’s fur. I’ve had to use a different color, and draw it on myself. Also, the canvas is a little loose on the frame which is hard to paint and it wraps over the edge on one side. Sloppy from your end. Disappointed.

Shipping took a while but other than that I’m pleased

I stopped painting after a few days of attempting to work thru the light outlines but grew too frustrated.

Took a long time to arrive. Surpassing the recieve by date.

We had to wait a long time for the first Painting to come. It seemed to have been lost in customs. But they were quick to resolve the issue.
