Shipping took forever

My experience with your product has caused nothing but stress and disappointment. Both your service and customer service are horrendous, and I would recommend that no one use this brand. I ordered several items using express delivery, yet they took over a month to arrive. After contacting customer service and being advised that I would receive a prompt response, I am still waiting to hear back. To then find that you are only offering a 20% discount for effectively ruining Christmas by leaving so

Order late of ages (more than a month), no proper communication, parcel never ever arrived and no refund.

Very quick and professional communication. It took a little longer for me to receive my order but they replied super quick to my emails explaining me why it took a bit longer to arrive. They showed great flexibility and were super helpful in finding a good solution for returning items that did not fit me perfectly. I already placed two orders and am very happy with my pieces. Super good experience. 100% recommend if you are looking for some cute and very affordable gym fits !

Order took ages to arrive and with no response from them when I asked where it was. When it did arrive, the sizing is quite wrong, with the leggings and shorts being much smaller and shorter than a size M usually is. The top was nice and material is quite nice.

My daughter is a competitive cheerleader and she lives in spandex shorts and sports bras!! She absolutely LOVED the Fern set I got her!!

Could have been better communication with arrival date, I got a shipping confirmation but no ETA. It took over a month to arrive, which I'm fine with, but would have appreciated a little more communication on when I could expect the package. Appreciate the deals on the sets though and user experience of the site is 10/10
