Very disappointing customer service. On December 19, 2025, I contacted the company by email to request a return. Despite sending a second email, I have received no response whatsoever up to today (January 3, 2026). For a fitness company of this size, this is very disappointing, as it seems impossible to get in touch with customer support. I hope this review will finally prompt a response.

My order was never delivered, and the brand has completely ignored all attempts to contact them.

Communication is very slow, especially when it comes to returning items. Coming with excuses of why they’re not able to refund me after I sent the items back as discussed. Still talking to my lawyer regarding this.

Unable to return, emails are answered immediately when asking questions but ignored for weeks on end should you want to return anything. Terrible shipping length and laughable that an email was sent round in December saying order now for Christmas delivery when I waited well over a month for mine to be dispatched

I received the items three weeks after placing my order, and they were shipped from China. The quality and sizing did not match my expectations. When I contacted Fern Fitness to request a return, they stopped replying to my emails and providing further instructions. Terrible!
