Price/quality is very fair. Colors are cute. Fits are great. Communication can be a lot better. I have sent an e-mail and still haven't received a reply.

Order has not been delivered

I v disappointed with ur customer service, I have Benn trying to return the order according to ur policy , but my emails and message are not getting delivered due to your mailbox being full and not accepting any more email !. I want to return my items and a refund . thanks

I am very disappointed with my recent orders. Order #18608 I only received the core shorts in sky blue after waiting almost a month. I only placed that order because the colors were not marketed well of the contrast zip up jacket and the contrast set in my first order #15263. To make matters worse after one wash the zipper came off the core zip up jacket, raising serious concerns about the quality of your products. I would not recommend your brand and would appreciate a prompt response.

Such a great brand offering some incredible deals. I wasn’t sure about them at first as I thought it could be a scam with all the free items they’re giving away but genuinely blown away at the comfort and quality of these products - as soon as I got my first set I bought a whole other set in navy!! Can’t wait for it to get here

Unsatisfactory sizing standard and customer service.

I waited almost 7 weeks for my order to arrive. I ordered these items for a specific event and had to order other gym clothes for another website in order to have something to wear whilst waiting for this order. When it eventually came, not one piece of clothing was nice. They were all poor quality, fabric and terrible sizing. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed.

They don’t warn you about how long it takes for your order to be delivered. Haven’t used it yet but the fabric seems nice

You do not read your emails properly. I'm being charged for items that were exchanges. When it should have been processed as a return.

Very poor. Poor communication in replying to emails regarding order and delivery, poor delivery service (i have only one of two parcels 6 weeks after ordering), wrong item sent in the parcel i do have. Not helpful for arranging return as apparently they don’t accept returns AVOID THIS COMPANY, what a scam

Poor customer service. Even it is your logistic partner fault and still slow in response and did not refund me. How can you send me one piece of sport bras only when I purchase two pieces of sport bra and one piece of short ?

The order was very delayed and your sizing chart is VERY off, it says a small is equal to a UK 10, but I'd say it's closer to a UK 4? However, the quality of the products seems good. I've had to re-order to get a size that works for me. I appreciated the quick communication related to my delayed order.

The customer service is very unhelpful with returns. They did not send me a procedure on how to return, which did not let me get a refund in time. I did not appreciate this stalling.

Delivery took way longer than expected (1.5 months in total). No answer on my E-Mails and also not on instagram.

I ordered size XS, but the leggings I received are extremely large and look more like an XL. On top of that, the “Fern” logo is already worn off. I’m really disappointed, especially after waiting so long for the delivery. Could you please let me know what we can do in this situation? I would prefer not to wait another month for a replacement.
