Bra fit not as expected!

Catastrophic… the delivery took time and an item was missing. Still no news of it. I sent multiple emails…. No answer. Will I get it ? Will I get my money back ? No one knows. Good luck to you news customers

It took over a month to receive my order and anytime I would email, it took at least a week and multiple emails for someone to even acknowledge me. When I let the company know that I would like to cancel the order because it took a month and did not come in time for the event I ordered it for, they have not emailed back. I will not be ordering from this company again and am very disappointed in the service.

Terrible wouldn’t recommend to anyone, clearly a scam company

Ordering was easy but it did take a long time to arrive. I did send an email & ask where my last item was & never got a response but I did end up all 3 items in the end. Love them! Just need to work on communication/customer service but love the product itself.

Bad shipment and assistance

Customer service sucks. Not responding to emails. Delivery is extremely bad. Ordered on 11 feb. Today (19 march) still waiting for 3 items. Overall quality of the item received is below average.

Would love to see follow through in the promise of a replacement order or get info on a tracking number so I can also make sure it gets to the right address. I’ve sent several emails trying to communicate but have heard nothing back for a couple weeks.

Ive made 3 orders but only received 1 order still waiting. Because its coming from UK to Aust its taking a long time from when order was placed. Ive waited over 3 weeks .

I trusted that this company, which was following me on Facebook, was genuine. They totally are. Their clothing is extremely high quality, the most gorgeously comfortable material. Great fit. I keep coming back for more!!!!!

delivery takes a long time, but product is worth it

I ordered £100+ worth of sets and unfortunately can’t keep any of them as they do not fit to size. When I asked if i could return them they told me I can’t as the pieces were on sale

I’ve attempted to return your leggings and work out top but no real response from you. I’m happy to mail them back and I’d like a refund. I cannot west the pink leggings because they’re see through.

Asked for a refund/return and was ignored. Items are small to size and not great quality fabric

AWFUL. Terrible customer service. Terrible shipping (from china). Terrible quality. All in all, TERRIBLE.

I never received it because it was delivered on the other side of a country. Emailed Fern around 10 times, all i got back were copy paste AI responses. Good news is that i pushed legal charges thought my bank and my bank returned me money. Traumatising experience, never again !

Took multiple weeks for me to get my package

It would be nicer to be able to choose a pick up point instead of having the package delivered to your house when you don't know if you'll be able to be there when it arrives.

Wrong sizing chart, had to pay postage back, it takes ages to get an exchange, poor communication. Order in Nov, still no bra in Feb. Happy to support little business but this is not ok

Terrible post-purchase support. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times about a sizing issue and still haven’t received any resolution. I’m simply looking for a refund or exchange of an unused item. Sizes small - but colour and style is gorgeous. Still, I will never be buying from fern again - and being a 6 days a week trainer, it’s a huge loss.

The prices are fair, but I was not updated at first about when the order was going to come and had to reach out myself.
