The package arrived very late

Order didn’t arrive, no solution was provided.

I asked for an exchange and I’m still waiting on it, otherwise no complaints

Poor service and poor quality/fit

Items shipped from China, not the UK despite the company promoting itself as a UK-brand. Took almost six weeks to arrive and customer service was extremely poor. I won't order from Fern Fitness again.

Same reason, never actually got the kit, just got automated emails from 'Chloe'saying how much they understood how frustrating it was, but absolutely no offer of a refund or a replacement. Just time spent chasing Fern and Evri trying to fix it. Why ask for feedback if you don't actually care about it???

Love everything i received but still waiting on my Contrast Shorts/Cherry Red.

I didn’t receive all of my items at first. Only one of the items ordered was delivered. I had to email customer service, they were prompt at responding. The rest of my orders were eventually delivered after about 2 weeks.

Despite some problems with the delivery, the team was very kind and always active in answering my questions.

I just wished it didn’t take so long to arrive. Otherwise, no issues.

Customer service was awful. My order of 6 items shipped in 3 different shipments but none had a packing slip and no communication about the 3 separate shipments was given to me. Would not recommended ordering from them.

Postage took a very long time and came in 2 seperate packages weeks apart.

Been waiting for my order since April 10 and so far have only received 3 correct items, 2 random things I did not order, and am still waiting on my final 3 items. I don’t even have a full matching set yet!

Too big

Delivery was longer than expected and then one item arrived but the email made it appear the whole order had been delivered so that was stressful as it is a company I did not know a lot about I thought I had been scammed. I did get a reply after a few days saying the rest is still coming and it did, so I would probably order again.

Order arrived separately and weeks apart. Last part of my order arrived an entire month later. The biggest issue I have though is that my jacket arrived with stains. I contacted customer service immediately and never heard back about a return/ exchange. I will never order from this brand again

I ordered two items and never received my t shirt, the customer servive is a joke and the shipping takes ages, not professionnal at all

such a difficult return method, only 15 days to return and got back to me after the 11th day

Horrible shipping time. Inaccurate tracking information. Customer service unapologetic and refused to cancel order.
