Do not shop here - bad quality and the worst customer service, been trying to return my items for over x1 month, very slow replies to my emails and still haven’t been able to return my items!

Need a better way to return parcels. Currently waiting for an email response just for the next steps to return the parcel to get a refund

Delivery was far too long. Customer service unhelpful

My order was sent in 2 packages. Although company claim to be British, package was shipped from China and took 5 weeks to arrive. Second package arrived 2 weeks after the first (7 weeks total) and I thought the second one wasn’t going to arrive after reading many reviews of people saying they didn’t receive some of the ordered items. Overall the products look nice. The gym bras fit me well but if you have bigger than a C cup, they might be too tight. The gym shorts look nice however they roll up

I waited a month for my order to arrive, it came with see through shorts, and the wrong top, I emailed them 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t got clarity on what there doing about it

I’ve ordered 2 sets prior to this one and loved them. This was disappointing.

The pieces are cute but were not true to size at all. My experience with customer service has been horrible, and they have been impossible to get ahold of. When they did respond to my request for a return, they asked me questions that I had already answered in my original inquiry. Then no response. I am unlikely to shop with fern again

it wasn’t bad. i was skeptical as i had seen mixed reviews. however, the quality is really good. it did take a month to come though

Shipping took a little over a month which was longer than I expected and it had to be rerouted a couple of times but it was very easy to order and came in a great package!

Loved the tights and the sweather, right to size, really comfortable. The tank top was really bad in real life and i can’t use it.

Easy website to use, great discounts. Quite a delay on order arriving.

A bit longer wait, than expected, but definitely worth it. Everything came out as shown on the website, beautiful colors and true to size. Very comfortable and cozy.

Poor service and poor quality/fit

Items shipped from China, not the UK despite the company promoting itself as a UK-brand. Took almost six weeks to arrive and customer service was extremely poor. I won't order from Fern Fitness again.

Same reason, never actually got the kit, just got automated emails from 'Chloe'saying how much they understood how frustrating it was, but absolutely no offer of a refund or a replacement. Just time spent chasing Fern and Evri trying to fix it. Why ask for feedback if you don't actually care about it???

Love everything i received but still waiting on my Contrast Shorts/Cherry Red.
