Don’t lie over the phone and say that you posted it on a Monday and then I get an email notification on a Wednesday saying it’s not getting posted until a week later which is one bike out of out of the two and then when I message email, I don’t get any response then to find the other bike is coming a month later??? I’m still waiting for one of the two bikes that you said to me, they both were shipped out. I’m still waiting for the kids pegs you said you’d throw in and a bike one star.

staff always seem to reply super quickly whenever you have questions, I am still waiting for someone to send me the bikes parameter menu or P-Settings and the only tell you the one to change the bikes code

One of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had. Unfortunately bike did come with two minor chips out of the box, Paul was fantastic and got a replacement sent within a few days. 10/10 for service and such an amazing product with features that you don’t get on similar spec bikes by other brands. Will definitely recommend to others.
