Order early December and somehow missed Xmas- considering the 19th was the cut off I would’ve thought the 5th was safe even if it had a week or two delay with the rush… very sad

Communication for the bike was great even though delayed. Bettter communication for the extra order of bike helmet and Fireproof bag should have been done as they said the helmet was in stock but after waiting 4 weeks with no communication about these items that they were waiting on the helmet still.
