Overall experience was fabulous including support online when I couldn't get my phone to connect via Bluetooth, issue was resolved very quickly. The only downside was I didn't receive tracking info so I didn't know it was due for delivery when I was at work. Was able to contact the courier and arrange an alternative date. Other than that, service was excellent and even the unboxing experience was exciting. I really appreciate the tool kit that comes with the bike, and even a bottle of paint.

Bike arrived at my home address and not at local store as organised. I managed to put the bike together due to help using site video and chat over the phone. I already have 2 fatboy's with due motor's and thought they were great. The flight risk 888... wow what a beast. I was stopped several times on each ride (only had 1 weekend so far) and asked what type the bike was. A real head turner. The control screen and app also great editions.
