Easy to buy impossible to actually get delivered. The delivery firm cancelled my delivery and have offered delivery a full seven days after the initial delivery date of my choosing. Hopefully they can deliver the mattress on the next date or I’m sleeping on the floor after Christmas.

Mattress and Otto service good. Delivery terrible: despite three messages giving us a two hour slot they didn’t turn up the first time. The following WEEK they came in the late afternoon, as booked but tried to say that they wouldn’t take our old mattress, a service we had paid for. My husband insisted and one person took it while the other one had gone to their van. In the meantime I received a message to say they had missed us and wouldn’t be delivering. 🤷🏽♀️
