Love Otty. Don't like the delivery process. The first one's great, but the second one is stinking up reviews of what is a superb, faultless product. Great companies won't allow delivery issues to cast a shadow on a truly great product. Like my four-star review of the GENERAL experience. The mattress and pillows are five-star all the way.

Early days. Bought £120 mattresses in past and they sag after a few months.. I like to test and see IF they take old mattress away. I'm ok with buying new mattress every few years (not rich, just beds are key to my wellbeing) This shows good signs after 3 weeks .. let's see .. PS: Delivery ok- seemed to think it was just put through front door. Had to ask to take upstairs (I paid for this service) Odd, they take old mattress away but left the massive box and plastic. Not end of world but to just take all the packaging too would be a bit more classy.

Paid £10 for delivery to room of choice. Delivery guy was not happy with this and begrudgingly took upstairs and left in hallway. I feel sorry for them as they are clearly under pressure to deliver to a lot of houses. But it tarnished the overall Otty brand experience
