After we ordered our mattress OTTY told us our delivery window with an exact date to be confirmed once the delivery company had the mattress. It came in a compact sized (still obviously big) box, but I wouldn’t suggest leaving it outside, make sure someone is home to let the delivery people bring it into the house. Remember it’s a proper mattress so it is heavy! And they’re really good.
