Angie was the best! She was very quick to respond and really helpful getting me a different size mattress. She sorted out the couriers when they had come too late for me to receive it. First courier experience was excellent but second was terrible, over an hour and half later than the delivery window, no comms and couldn’t get through to anyone. Third experience was good. Angie helped the whole way through.

Very good overall. One small thing: we paid to have our old mattress taken away and were only told at the point of collection that it needed to be wrapped in plastic. Thankfully we had some, but customers need to be warned in advance.
