Otty communicated well. When there was a delay in my order they offered options and a small refund. They made good on their 100 day return policy without any fuss - I had ordered a hybrid mattress which was a bit too firm. It was collected and replace with my fabulous Pure+ mattress.

OTTY itself were fantastic but they need to reconsider who they use courier wise.! DHL were terrible, the first order never materialised then the tracking was a waste of time on the app. I had an email on the Thurs 21st to say they were being delivered to me on the Weds 20th.!! They eventually turned up on the 22nd
