Advert as free delivery but was charged £30 at checkout. Phoned customer services who were very helpful. Apparently living 30 miles from the Edinburgh is the middle of nowhere according to DHL. I was going to cancel the order as I have never been charged extra from any delivery service in my life. To be fair, customer services phoned me and said they were going to refund the £30 postage, which they did immediately. No complaints about customer services but if you live in Scotland check delivery

3 stars simply because of the mess at delivery of the new mattress & pickup of the old. Paid for collection of the old & on delivery of the new DX had no record of a collection so was stuck with the old mattress for a few days blocking what little usable space we have in the house until a collection could be arranged. Also the new mattress box looked like it had been put through several deliveries all around the world with the box just falling apart. The delivery guys struggled to pick it up.
