Be honest about shipping times

The charms themselves are very delightful, but the case is very pliable, and with the insert, the charms do not shake around. Also, every time you remove the phone grip from it, it pulls the case up and the charms overlap. I have tried facing my charm both ways, and reached out to the business for help, but no one ever reached back out to me.

Cheap case

The worst experience ever! Will never order or recommend you again. I ordered 8 charms and 1 case and the back shield so it doesn’t scratch the phone. After many emails I’m still missing over half my order. I didn’t receive and probably never will get the 4 charms and the case that I paid for. You should be getting a refund for all the items that I paid for and have yet to still receive.

It was confusing that I had to order the barrier separately, luckily your team noticed it wasn’t in my original order.Just stinky I had to pay more.Unfortunately, I ended up ordering the wrong size case and didn’t have the option to exchange, just purchase another one for $19.99, I declined since I had already spent so much on this original one, and the quality of case seemed overpriced since this would not include any charms.My medium upgrade was a small, I never mentioned bc I felt bad😔

I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received. My teenager gave me the wrong information about their phone model, so I ordered the incorrect case along with personalized charms. When I contacted customer service to exchange only the case, I was told I couldn’t because the order was “personalized” and that I was stuck with the purchase unless I bought a new case. The case itself is not personalized — only the charms are, and I am keeping those. Despite this, there was no willingness to help

Not thrilled with the personalization on the case. Which I could have chosen the font. Also, it seem to be coming off

The charms get stuck on the edge of the case, propping the case up, and the charms fall out.

Needs more detailed instructions to avoid delays.

Purchase and proof review process was super easy and the charms turned out awesome. The anti-scratch film is flimsy and the charms don’t feel totally secure, however.

Shopping experience was terrible. Terrible customer service missing heart charms and have reached out multiple times and the issue is not resolved would not order from here again.

Easy to order and they keep you posted as it's being made and mailed to you. Good communication.

Easy to upload pictures

They went above and beyond. They didn't send anything through till I was completely satisfied. Customer service was top notch. Would highly recommend. The Shaker carms are beautiful quality.
