The plastic case itself I believe needs to be harder/more sturdy so that when the phone is removed from its mount when using the MagSafe shakercase circle it doesn’t pull away from the phone thus causing the pieces to overlap & no longer shake

It took forever to get my order. When it finally arrived I could not get the film off the layer piece. I contacted you and you want a video? Of what?? The film that I couldn't get off?? Then we put the cases together with the layers and shaker pieces and the cases are terrible. They don't fit the phones properly on either one I ordered, a 17 pro & 17 pro max. Very disappointed with the product and customer service!!!

The ordering process was very fast, but the shipping time took much longer than expected.

If I would have understood the size, I never would have purchased this case and the charms. It was a waste of money because of how small they are.

Customer service was fine, but getting the replacement is ridiculous. I would prefer a refund.

I did not like how long it took for me to receive the case once it was shipped. Production time I felt was quick for a custom item, but it was the cheapest way to mail it and it took forever. The pictures that you have on your website are deceptive. My charms were super tiny. I couldn’t even tell what they were. Then in the meantime while I’m waiting a month on my phone case, I’m getting nonstop spammed with emails.

Love the concept, dislike the design. There should be a way to secure the shakers or create a case in house that seals everything in before it’s shipped.

For the amount of money paid, you need to ship your product faster. Waiting a month for delivery is unacceptable.

I’m not sure if it’s just the holidays as it is my first time ordering but it took a month before i received my order. The case itself is cute and well made. Protection from the back is ok but if the phone falls screen facing the floor i’m afraid it would break. Also i think i ordered the charms to be of two different sizes but both were the same size. Both small. It proves that ordering is a little tricky even assembling instructions.

UPDATE: My charms easily fall out of the case. I have already lost a handful of them, which is so devastating. Docking an additional star for this reason. ------------------ I LOVE the charms. It sparks so much joy each time I look down at my phone. The clear case feels a bit cheap, but not enough to not use it. Wish it felt more tight/secure. Also, the cutouts for the phone ports on the bottom of the case have rough edges that hurt my pinkies when I text. Was disappointed that the order took so long to receive, especially since I ordered well ahead of the holiday rush(& still didn't receive in-time). Other than that, very satisfied.
